RATES AND RESERVATIONS -

2008: All rooms are from £80 per night for double occupancy which includes breakfast. From April to October the rate for single occupancy is the same. Please check online availability for a confirmed rate.

Families are accommodated from £105/£125 per night depending upon occupancy, including breakfast. (Children over 16)

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children under 16 or pets.

Advance Bookings: April to October

*Please note that for advance bookings a minimum booking of 2 nights is usually required, however we do occasionally have a one night slot to fill. Last minute bookings can be accommodated for single nights.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TO CONFIRM A BOOKING - Valid credit or debit card details are required.

PAYMENT - Major credit and debit cards accepted, cash or cheque.

CANCELLATION - In the event of a cancellation we require at least 7 days notice. After this period the whole balance becomes payable, unless the room can be rebooked. It is strongly recommended that Insurance is taken out to cover such eventualities.

Roxbro House is a totally no smoking establishment.( Should smoking take place an additional charge of £100 will apply to cover the cost of cleaning the room)

Guests are respectfully asked to respect the furnishings and contents of the house at all times.

ARRIVAL - Where ever possible please indicate your time of arrival at the time of booking. Rooms are ready for occupancy from 4pm onwards.

DEPARTURE - Please vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure. Luggage may be safely stored should you require this.

CYCLISTS - Cyclists are most welcome and there is a large yard at the rear of the house to store cycles.

PARKING - There is private guest parking directly outside the front of the house.
