One of Claire’s passions
is cooking, so the imaginative breakfast menu on offer
is not surprising.
The breakfast menu can be found in the dining room each
evening, where guests are invited to select from the choices
available at a time convenient to themselves. Breakfast
can be served from 7.30am until 9.30am.
Fresh fruit/poached seasonal fruit, yoghurt, fresh orange
juice (not concentrate), cereals, warm croissants and toast
are available each morning complimented by a wide selection
of teas, and freshly brewed coffee.
Breakfasts are cooked on the AGA range and all meat and
kippers are supplied from a local butcher, who consistently
wins awards for his produce. The eggs are fresh free range,
hand collected and supplied by a local farmer. |
