THE ROOM I WANT TO BOOK IS SHOWING AVAILABLE, IS IT REALLY AVAILABLE?
If our system shows the room is available, then it is! Our automatic on-line system is accurate to the second, so please go ahead and book on-line on our secure system.

DO YOU ACCEPT CHILDREN?
Yes, In the Ethel Noble room or Geoffrey's room. However we must respectfully request that for the comfort of all our other guests, parents supervise their children at all times.

DO YOU ACCEPT DOGS?
Yes, In the Ethel Noble room or Geoffrey's room. Dogs are charged at £10 per night and must never be left unattended , or allowed on beds or furniture. Room service breakfast is available to assist with the comfort and practicality of your stay.

DO YOU ACCEPT 1 NIGHT BOOKINGS?
If we have a 1 night slot to fill we are happy to accept a booking for 1 night. 1 night bookings are accepted on a non- refundable, advanced payment basis. Please call us or e-mail us.

DO YOU HAVE SINGLE ROOMS?
No,at present we have 5 double/king rooms and 1 twin room.

DO YOU HAVE GROUND FLOOR ROOMS?
No, all our rooms are accessed by stairs.

DO YOU OFFER SINGLE OCCUPANCY RATES?
From April to October, we do not offer single occupancy rates, however from November to March we are happy to make a reduction for single occupancy.

DO YOU HAVE PRIVATE PARKING?
Yes, we have private parking to the front of the house.

WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE?
We guarantee your room from 4pm. If you arrive earlier we cannot guarantee we will be on the premises to greet you, however please feel free to park outside and explore our lovely village. If you intend to arrive after 7pm, please try and keep us informed. We request on the day of departure that your room is vacated no later than 11am.

BANK TRANSFER :- 7 Days Prior To Arrival

This is our preferred method of payment as it help keeps banking costs down for ourselves and our guests. Payment may be made online, via telephone banking or with cash into our account.

CREDIT or DEBIT CARD :- 7 Days Prior To Arrival

You do not need to have an account with PayPal, and the payment is instant.
You can pay with your credit or debit card using Paypal's global secure online payment system.
An invoice will be sent by email with details of how to pay with your credit or debit card securely online via Paypal. A 3% charge applies to all card payments.
