TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TO CONFIRM A BOOKING - Valid credit or debit card details are required.

PAYMENT - Major credit and debit cards accepted, online bank transfer, cash or cheque.

DEPOSITS - We only require credit/debit card details to guarantee your booking.

CANCELLATION - In the event of a cancellation we require at least 7 days notice. After this period the whole balance becomes payable, unless the room can be rebooked. It is strongly recommended that Insurance is taken out to cover ALL eventualities.

All cancellations must be received by ourselves in writing, and will not be deemed as received unless we issue a cancellation reference number by return.

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS:-

We are a small family run business and whilst we will try and accommodate last minute changes to your booking, in the event of not taking up your booking without cancelling or cancelling with less than 7 days notice we reserve the right to charge for the full stay as per our cancellation policy. By providing us with credit or debit card details at the time of booking you are not only entering into a legally binding contract but also agreeing/ authorising us to deduct any cancellation charges from the card details provided in the event of a last minute cancellation, a no show or damage to our property. Should we be unable to recover the costs from the card details you have provided we then reserve the right to pursue a claim against you to recover any losses and costs we may suffer as a result.

VIP - VERY IMPORTANT PET

Roxbro House appreciates that your favoured travel companion may walk on four legs, therefore we provide pet friendly services to ensure your favourite friend can stay with you in 5 star luxury.
We welcome dogs to stay in either The Ethel Noble Suite or Geoffrey's Room ( sorry but we cannot accommodate dogs in any other rooms.)

We ask that your dog is never left unattended in the bedroom at any time it is advisable that dogs spend breakfast time in their owners car.

We can offer you a very good dog sitting service. Anna, our own dog sitter will be happy to come and sit with your dog in your room, until you return. This service is very popular and should be booked in advance.Anna will also walk your dog should you require this service.

At time of booking please advise us that you will be bringing your pet. Pets are charged at £10 per night, to cover the additional housekeeping involved.

Roxbro House is a totally no smoking establishment ( Should smoking take place an additional charge of £100 will apply to cover the cost of cleaning the room).

Guests are respectfully asked to respect the furnishings and contents of the house at all times.

We are a fully licensed establishment and offer a 24hr reception facility.

ARRIVAL - Where ever possible please indicate your time of arrival at the time of booking. Rooms are ready for occupancy from 4pm onwards.

DEPARTURE - Please vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure. Luggage may be safely stored should you require this.

CYCLISTS - Cyclists are most welcome and there is a large yard at the rear of the house to store cycles.

PARKING - There is private guest parking directly outside the front of the house.
