We are pleased to offer our beautiful new Victorian Loft. The cosy loft room and adjoining bathroom occupy the top floor of Roxbro House and offer total privacy to the occupants. Being the only guest accommodation set on this floor make it the perfect setting for a romantic retreat.

The bedroom itself has been tastefully furnished with antique pieces, a brass double bed and an original cast iron slipper bath for your indulgence! The room has been dressed with silk haute couture curtains and accessories, and the bed offers a luxurious goose duvet and pillows with crisp white bedding. This room comes with everything standard to our luxury rooms with the added benefit of a fully stocked mini bar, a snack box full of goodies and a hospitality tray offering speciality teas and coffee from the exclusive store " Fortnum and Mason."

The large bathroom has been decorated in a classic Victorian style with a double sized power shower, a good sized wash basin and a traditional high level W.C. Warm fluffy towels, bathrobes and luxurious toiletries are standard to the bathroom.

Fresh flowers, champagne and chocolates are placed in your room to welcome you.
When booking please note that this room is considered unsuitable for the infirm or elderly as access is up steepish stairs.

NEW FOR SUMMER 2010

From summer 2010 The Victorian Loft will be available as a luxurious 2 room suite.

In addition to the luxurious bedroom and bathroom a fabulous new decadent relaxing "snug" room will be available. This newly refurbished room houses an antique French Mahogany "Lit Bateau"- relaxing day bed dressed with tactile velvets, and an abundance of luxurious cushions to relax on. There is also a range of antique furniture including a breakfasting table and chairs, and a wonderful entertainment unit housing a Flat-screen TV with freeview, a DVD player, a music system and a fully stocked integrated mini bar. The day bed in the room can be converted to comfortable additional sleeping accommodation for one extra adult. The whole suite is the only guest accomodation situated on the top floor of Roxbro House, giving the feel of a private apartment.

The cost of the 2 room suite will be £170 per night. One additional adult can be accommodated comfortably for an additional £40. This suite can now be booked online and is available from May 2010.
